Project Albatross

A kitchen renovation can be a big project. But for this small kitchen, it was simply a case of careful planning and clever design.

If you love to cook and entertain, it’s worth the investment to get your kitchen renovated. Our clients own a beautiful Gold Coast unit on the beachfront. They wanted a coastal-inspired kitchen that was going to maximise space and storage in their tiny kitchen.

The carefully considered layout meant we could create a stunning curved island bench, made of Scandinavian ribbed board. We could then maximise storage by including some curved floating shelves and a tambour door. Appliances can now be hidden away, leaving more benchtop space to create that feeling of room.

Light tones were chosen to enhance the space and make the room feel bigger. Often, simple changes can have the most significant impact, and this homeowner is delighted with the results. So much so, we were delighted to also build a custom-made curved entertainment unit for the lounge area of the home.
